Dr. Joe C. Hubbard

Medical Director

Owner & Medical Director | Hubbard Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, PLLC
 

Dr. Joe C. Hubbard Jr., MD, serves as Medical Director for Alabaster MSO, providing clinical governance, leadership, and regulatory compliance expertise across our provider network.

Dr. Hubbard is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, having earned his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and completing his residency in Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Amarillo.

 

He has practiced medicine for over four decades and holds active medical licensure in Texas.

In his role, Dr. Hubbard oversees clinical protocols, prescriptive, physician delegation agreements, and quality assurance practices to ensure safe, evidence-based care in alignment with state and MSO standards.

 

He brings deep clinical experience, thoughtful judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered practice to every facet of his leadership.

    Rachel Hilliard

    Family Nurse Practitioner | Advanced Practice Provider

    Rachel Hilliard, FNP‑C, is a board‑certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 40 years of experience in the medical field.

     

    She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Tarleton State University and her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with Family Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Texas at Arlington.

    Rachel works closely with providers across Alabaster MSO to support safe, compliant, and high-quality clinical services.

     

    She performs all General Functional Evaluations (GFEs) for the organization and provides guidance on patient assessment, treatment planning, and protocol adherence, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with state regulations, scope-of-practice standards, and MSO clinical governance policies.

    Sarah Schmitt

    Chief Operating Officer

    Sarah is the guiding force behind Alabaster MSO, ensuring the provider's clinic runs smoothly while maintaining the high standards and culture the brand is known for. With years of hands-on experience in the aesthetics industry, she excels at turning complex systems, compliance rules, and operational challenges into simple, effective processes that protect clients and support providers.

    Known for her empathy, precision, and loyalty, Sarah leads with transparency and care, cultivating an environment where clients feel welcome and providers feel supported. She champions provider growth, oversees daily operations with clarity, and consistently ensures that every aspect of Alabaster reflects the safety, ethics, and quality that define the brand

    Brooke Mendenhall

    Director of Competency

    IT & Communications | Trainer, Alabaster Elite Academy

    Brooke Mendenhall oversees Competency Examinations, IT infrastructure, and Communications for our MSO, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory alignment, and seamless systems across all supported practices. With a strong focus on compliance, structure, and performance standards, she develops and implements competency programs that uphold the highest level of clinical and administrative proficiency.

    In addition to her leadership role within the MSO, Brooke serves as a trainer at Alabaster Elite Academy, where she is passionate about education, professional development, and elevating industry standards.

     

    Her commitment to precision, organization, and growth helps drive both provider success and patient confidence.

    Julie Shulz

    Chief Administrative Officer

    Her decades of experience in high-pressure government, HR, and emergency operations environments have shaped her into a leader who thrives in chaos, adapts instantly, and delivers results without sacrificing integrity or enthusiasm.

    Julie’s ability to build processes, streamline systems, anticipate needs, communicate with absolute clarity, and manage people with both firmness and heart makes her the backbone of Alabaster’s daily operations.

    She is the calm in the storm, the standard-setter, and the person who ensures that the vision of Alabaster is not only upheld—but elevated.

      Deneen Tiemann

      Co-Owner

      As Co-Owner of Alabaster MSO, Deneen provides executive leadership in operational strategy, regulatory compliance, and clinical governance support.

       

      With a focus on defensible systems and scalable infrastructure, she plays a central role in developing standardized protocols, provider competency pathways, and administrative frameworks that support safe, compliant aesthetic and wellness practice models.

      Deneen is committed to maintaining high accountability standards across all affiliated providers, ensuring alignment with state regulations, physician oversight requirements, and evidence-based practice principles.

       

      Through strategic and structured compliance systems, she helps guide the organization’s continued growth while prioritizing patient safety and professional integrity.

      Ashley Appleby

      Provider Support Coordinator

      A dedicated healthcare operations professional serving as a Provider Support Coordinator at Alabaster MSO. In this role, she acts as a pivotal liaison between network providers and the managed services organization, ensuring seamless communication, efficient problem-solving, and high-quality support delivery.

       

      Ashley works collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to support provider enrollment, answer operational inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and help optimize the provider experience within the MSO framework.

      With strong organizational skills and a commitment to service excellence, Ashley plays a critical role in facilitating effective provider engagement, supporting network performance goals, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

       

      Her ability to navigate complex healthcare processes and provide reliable support makes her a valuable partner to providers and internal stakeholders alike.

      Kenedy Craig

      General Provider Support  | Media compliance

      Kenedy Craig is an experienced provider support specialist with a strong focus on media compliance and operational excellence. In their role, Kenedy ensures that healthcare providers receive dependable assistance across everyday administrative and compliance needs while maintaining the highest standards of media accuracy and regulatory alignment.

      With a keen understanding of both provider workflows and compliance requirements, Kenedy works closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes, support provider inquiries, monitor media practices, and uphold industry guidelines. Their proactive approach to compliance and commitment to clear communication helps protect organizational integrity and enhances the overall provider experience.
