Onboarding Fee
$150
Required along with your Application, prior to activation within the Alabaster system.

Onboarding fees reflect the administrative time and compliance structuring required to ensure providers enter the system properly aligned, documented, and defensible from day one.
Estheticians (non-nurse)
Microneedling, Chemical Peels & Dermaplaning
$250/month
Designed specifically for licensed estheticians operating in a compliant medical aesthetic environment, this tier provides essential administrative and operational support through our MSO structure.
This monthly membership includes:
• Coordination within our established physician framework
• HIPAA-compliant EMR access and documentation templates and protocol access
• Regulatory and compliance support tailored to your scope of practice
• IT and communication infrastructure support
• Access to standardized treatment protocols and competency resources
• Assistance with policy updates and operational best practices
This plan is ideal for estheticians who want to operate confidently within a structured, defensible medical model while maintaining autonomy in their service delivery.

Nurse Practitioners

This tier reflects the expanded responsibility, liability structure, and multi-location oversight often associated with NP-led practices.

$750 per Month (per NP)

Protocol & Agreement Development
When customized documentation is required outside of our existing protocol and agreement library, additional development fees apply.
Because these documents are legal-medical in nature and directly impact compliance, liability, and defensibility, pricing reflects the time and expertise required to ensure they are properly structured.
New Protocol Development
$100 per Protocol
Creation of a customized clinical protocol aligned with scope of practice, state regulations, and physician delegation requirements.
Includes:
• Scope and compliance review

Protocol Implementation & Execution
$25 per Protocol
Activation and integration of an existing protocol into your operational structure.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Alabaster provides a HIPAA-compliant Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to all providers operating within our MSO structure. Our EMR is configured to support compliant documentation, physician oversight, audit readiness, and defensible medical recordkeeping.
Consistent documentation within a centralized system is a key component of regulatory protection and liability mitigation.
Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM)
$25 Each
Certain services categorized as Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) require formal physician oversight and documentation in accordance with applicable state law and regulatory standards.
Within our MSO structure, CAM-designated services may include IV nutrient therapy, weight management protocols (including GLP-1 medications when applicable), and other non-traditional or adjunctive treatment modalities.
The CAM oversight fee covers administrative processing, supervising physician alignment, protocol documentation, compliance review, and ongoing regulatory tracking under MSO governance standards.
All CAM-designated services must have appropriate physician oversight and documentation in place prior to treatment delivery.
Medication or Prescription Transfers
$20 per transfer
Applies when medications or prescriptions are transferred from one provider or clinic to another.
This administrative fee covers:
• Verification of prescribing authority
• Documentation review and reconciliation
• Chain-of-custody confirmation (when applicable)
• Legally sound record updates within the EMR
Proper documentation of medication transfers is essential for compliance, liability protection, and regulatory defensibility.
Billing & Account Care
To maintain uninterrupted services & EMR access, all accounts must remain current and in good standing.
Payment Terms
• Payments are due in accordance with your assigned billing cycle.
• A $100 late fee will be applied to accounts not paid by the due date.
• Accounts that are not current may result in temporary EMR access suspension until the balance is resolved.
Continued access to documentation systems, and administrative support is contingent upon timely payment.
